Book NowWhat makes Soleil different
Low odor, on purpose
No acrylic, no liquid-and-powder monomer, no MMA. Everything on the enhancement menu is gel-based and cured under a lamp, so the room does not smell like a nail salon.
Every pedicure is waterless
No shared soaking basins. Steam towels and product do the softening, which is both more hygienic and, honestly, more comfortable.
Licensed and education-first
A licensed team that keeps training, with an apprentice program running in the studio. Every service starts with a real consultation.
Calm, spacious, spotless
Soft light, clean air and room to breathe. The studio was designed to feel like a sanctuary rather than a conveyor belt.

Questions before you book
- Where is Soleil Nail Studio?
- 254 E 100 S, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111 — in downtown Salt Lake City on 100 South.
- What are your hours?
- We are open 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, seven days a week.
- Do you do acrylic nails?
- No. We do not offer acrylic, liquid-and-powder or MMA. Gel-X gives you length and builder or hard gel overlays give your own nails strength — all cured under a lamp, without the fumes.
- What should I book on my first visit?
- If you want length, book Aprés Gel-X. If your nails are thin or peeling, book a Structured Gel Manicure. For feet, everything is a waterless pedicure. If you are unsure, book the closest thing and tell your artist at the consultation — we can adjust.
- How do I make an appointment?
- Book online any time, or call the studio at (801) 970-8100.
- Do you take walk-ins?
- We take walk-ins when we have the opening, but we are usually booked, so calling ahead or booking online is the reliable way in — especially for enhancements and nail art, which need the time set aside. If you are already nearby, call and we will tell you honestly what is open today.
- How much do nails cost here?
- It depends on the service and how much time it needs — a gel manicure, a structured overlay and a full Gel-X set are all different amounts of work, and hand-painted art is priced by the detail you want. Current pricing lives on the service menu, and your artist will confirm the total at your consultation before anything starts.
- What is the difference between Gel-X and builder gel?
- Gel-X is how we add length — a soft-gel full-cover tip fitted to your own nail. Builder gel is an overlay that reinforces the nails you already have so they can grow out on their own. If you want longer nails today, that is Gel-X. If your nails are thin, bendy or peeling and you want them stronger, that is builder gel. Plenty of clients move between the two over a year.
- How long will my nails last?
- Two to three weeks for gel color and three to four for enhancements is the usual range, and how you live in them matters as much as how they are applied. Nails that get oil daily, wear gloves for cleaning and dishes, and are not used to open things hold their finish noticeably longer. When your artist and you are both looking after them, healthy and beautiful is not a trade-off.
- Can I get nail art on short nails or a regular manicure?
- Yes. Our art is hand-painted, and it works on any medium — short natural nails, a gel manicure, a structured overlay or a full Gel-X set. Bring your inspo photos and book a little extra time so the detail is not rushed.
- How do you remove enhancements?
- Gently, and never in a hurry. Our products are designed to be soaked off, and depending on what is layered over the top — color, chrome, art, a builder overlay — your artist may carefully reduce that surface layer first so the remover can reach the gel. Book removal alongside your next service so the time is on the schedule.
